Participation in local/state-level fairs and exhibitions held within Uttar Pradesh: (a) 75% of the stall fee, maximum ₹60,000. (b) 75% of the cost of transporting goods for sale from the production site to the fair/exhibition site, maximum ₹25,000. (c) Actual to-and-fro fare for two persons (rail 3-AC or AC bus).
Participation in national and international level fairs and exhibitions held within Uttar Pradesh: (a) 75% of the stall fee, maximum ₹1,00,000. (b) 75% of the cost of transporting goods for sale from the production site to the fair/exhibition site, maximum ₹25,000. (c) Actual to-and-fro fare for two persons (rail 3-AC or AC bus).
Participation in national and international level fairs and exhibitions held outside Uttar Pradesh but within India: (a) 75% of the stall fee, maximum ₹1,50,000. (b) 75% of the freight cost, maximum ₹35,000 for B2B fairs and ₹75,000 for B2C fairs. (c) Actual to-and-fro fare for two persons (rail 3-AC or AC bus). Where travel is by air in economy class, 75% of the expenditure incurred, maximum ₹15,000.
Participation in trade fairs and exhibitions held abroad: (a) 75% of the stall fee, maximum ₹3.25 lakh. (b) 75% of the freight cost for an international-level exhibition, maximum ₹70,000 for B2B fairs and ₹1,40,000 for B2C fairs. (c) 75% of the total expenditure incurred on domestic travel (rail 3-AC / AC bus) and overseas travel (economy class air) for two persons, maximum ₹1,25,000.
International Marketing
Overseas fairs and exhibitions: 75% of the total expenditure incurred on organising or participating in overseas fairs and exhibitions, or in international-level domestic fairs and exhibitions, arranged through the Uttar Pradesh Export Promotion Council or other such councils and authorities of the State/Government of India, subject to a maximum of ₹75 lakh. The balance amount is borne by the council/authority.
Minimum group size: To avail this assistance, group participation of at least 20 units in the fair/exhibition is mandatory.
Seminars and buyer-seller meets: 75% of the total actual expenditure, subject to a maximum of ₹75 lakh, is reimbursed for seminars, workshops, symposiums, buyer-seller meets and market studies organised within the country by export promotion councils and authorities established under any Act or Government Order of the State/Government of India, for branding and publicity of ODOC cuisines at the national and international level.
