The need has been identified for an effective training program that supports and develops the overall acumen of the working staff of the government entities.
Through this intervention, the primary need of equipping the state leadership and the department with the latest changes in the industrial ecosystem, and future-ready workforce is being catered. This program through its curriculum aims at acting as a catalyst for acting upon areas such as an individual's level of awareness, skill in one or more areas of expertise, and motivation to perform their job well.
The objective is to strengthen the capacity of the officials of various departments in GoUP, by imparting training on MSME Ecosystems, Industry 4.0, IoT, Cyber Security, financial awareness, greening & sustainable practices, foster inclusive growth by encouraging women participation, etc.
The trainings of the government officials will be conducted by IIM Lucknow. Training modules include field visits, case studies & knowledge transfer by subject matter experts.
Through this capacity-building training, the officers will be equipped to efficiently implement the government schemes in the state and provide guidance/mentorship and handholding support to the MSMEs and their subordinates.
