Enhancement of Exports in MSMEs

Both national and international markets demand products and services that meet specific safety and quality standards. MSMEs often struggle to identify the appropriate markets for their offerings. Through this intervention reverse buyer-seller meets are being organized to augment the capacity of existing MSMEs to become exporters and thereby increase the share of exports from Uttar Pradesh. During these reverse B2B workshops, importers participate and share their requirements, exporters showcase their products/services and matchmaking take place for effective collaboration.

Objective

The objective of this intervention is to provide a platform for the MSME units of Uttar Pradesh to directly interact with the international buyers leading to better prospects for business.

How it Works

The following activities are being taken up under this intervention

  • Reverse Buyer-Seller Meet, in which international buyers will be invited to India.
  • B2B workshops with national and international buyers
  • Awareness workshops related to exports
