• The portal and mobile application do not automatically capture personal information (such as name, phone number, or email address) that allows us to identify you individually.
• If you voluntarily provide such information (e.g., through forms, messages, or contact requests), it is used only to fulfill your request or respond to your query.
• Any information you provide is protected from loss, misuse, unauthorized access or disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

3. Automatic Information Collection

• Internet Protocol (IP) address and domain name.
• Browser type, operating system, and device type.
• Date, time, and pages/URLs accessed.
• Referring website (if accessed via an external link).
• Note-This information is used solely to improve site/app performance and security. We make no attempt to link this data to individual identities unless a security threat or unlawful activity is detected.

4. Cookies

• The portal/app may use temporary session cookies to enable smooth navigation.
• These cookies do not collect personal data, are stored only in memory, and are automatically deleted once you close the browser or exit the app.

5. Email and Communication

• Your email address will only be recorded if you choose to send a message.
• It will only be used for the purpose provided, will not be added to a mailing list, and will not be disclosed without your consent.

6. Champions / Workshop Registration

• For Champions or Workshop programs, the portal/app collects only business-related details (such as business name, registration number, sector, product/service details, and contact information).
• These details are used solely to recommend relevant government schemes, services, and support.
• The data is not shared with third parties and is used strictly for government-related facilitation.

7. Consultancy Support Services

• Users may book consultancy support slots with experts through the portal/app.
• A non-refundable consultancy fee must be paid at the time of booking.
• If a technical issue or dispute prevents the session from being completed, users may reschedule the slot within 24 hours at no extra cost.
• Failure to reschedule within the given time will result in the slot being considered consumed, with no refund.
• Consultancy-related details (name, business info, slot timing) are used only for scheduling and are not shared with third parties, except where required for service delivery.

8. Third-Party Services & Permissions

• The app may use Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) to provide push notifications. FCM generates device tokens used only for delivering messages. These tokens are not linked to personal identity and are never shared externally.
• Other analytics or crash-reporting tools may be used only to improve app performance and stability.
• The app does not request or use sensitive permissions (such as camera, storage, microphone, location, or contacts) unless required for a specific service, in which case the purpose will be clearly explained to the user.

9. Data Sharing

• We do not share user data with any third-party agency, advertiser, or analytics provider.
• Information may only be shared with another government agency if your query relates to that agency or as required by law.

10. Data Retention & Deletion

• Personal information provided voluntarily is retained only as long as necessary to fulfill your request or communication.
• Technical log data is maintained for operational and security purposes and is regularly deleted.
• Users may request deletion of their data at any time by contacting the portal administrator. All such requests will be honored within a reasonable timeframe.

• 1-Any personal or business details are collected only for communication, facilitation, or service delivery.
• 2-Consultancy fees are non-refundable and rescheduling must follow the stated rules.
• 3-Misuse of the portal/app or providing false information may lead to denial of services or legal action under applicable laws, including the Indian IT Act.
• Continued use of the portal or app constitutes acceptance of this Privacy Policy and any future updates.
