Capacity Building
Free of cost training on entrepreneurship and skill training (across various sectors), is provided to both new and existing entrepreneurs.
One week to six weeks of training is imparted through Entrepreneurship Awareness Programme (EAP), Entrepreneurship cum Skill Development Programme (E-SDP), Advance E-SDP, Management Development Programme (MDP) and Advance MDP.
Capacity Building and Training Programs: Fully sponsored training programs are conducted for SC-ST aspiring/existing entrepreneurs for skill/entrepreneurship development through various government/autonomous institutions across the country. Toolkits are distributed after successful completion of training programs.
Top 50 NIRF Ranked Management Institution's Short-Term Training Program Fee Reimbursement Scheme: Reimbursement of 90% up to Rs 1,00,000/- for attending up to 2 short term training courses from top 50 NIRF ranked Management Institutes.

UP Dairy Development and Milk Products Promotion Policy-2022
Capacity Building
The use of new technologies in the dairy sector has become imperative in the changing market scenario. For this purpose, training in clean milk production, breed improvement etc. will be imparted to milk producers.
Training will be given for upgradation of the technical and financial skills of Managers, professionals and employees of Micro and Small Units related to Milk Industry like-Farmer Producer Organization (F.P.O.), Milk Producer Companies (M.P.C.) and Co-operative Societies.
Government/Semi-Government and national level reputed institutions will conduct the above training, as prescribed by the government.

Capacity Building
To promote manufacturing: Skill development incentive as reimbursement of stipend shall be provided one time at the rate of INR 5,000 per employee per year to a maximum of first 50 employees to all defined manufacturing projects
To promote and generate employment and to ensure the availability of skilled personnel's in the sphere of exports and post-harvest management in the state, additional financial support up to a maximum limit of 50 percent of annual course fees or maximum Rs. 0.50 Lakh per student shall be provided towards the expenditure incurred on fees in the Universities/Government Institutions located in Uttar Pradesh for conducting degree/diploma/certificate courses in Agriculture exports and post-harvest management and technology. For courses of duration exceeding 15 months, Rs. one Lakh towards fees shall be given.
A lump sum grant of Rs. 50 Lakhs shall be given to a government institution of higher studies for starting such a programme.
