About
The
Scheme of Fund for Regeneration of Traditional Industries (SFURTI) is an
initiative aimed at organizing traditional industries and artisans into
clusters, increasing their production, value addition, and competitiveness in
the market. By enhancing the traditional sectors, the scheme promotes
sustainable employment for artisans, ensuring that they can increase their
income and benefit from improved market linkages.

Scheme Benefits:
o Special
Credit Linked Capital Subsidy Scheme:
§
Benefit: 25% capital subsidy for SC-ST
owned MSEs (Micro and Small Enterprises) to purchase Plant &
Machinery/Equipment through institutional finance.
§
Subsidy Cap: 25 lakh.
§
No sector-specific restrictions.
o Capacity
Building and Training Programs:
§
Objective: Provide skill and
entrepreneurship development training for SC-ST entrepreneurs.
§
Benefit: Fully sponsored training
programs conducted by government/autonomous institutions, and toolkits provided
after successful completion.
o Special
Marketing Assistance Scheme (SMAS):
§
Objective: Enhance the competitiveness
and marketability of SC-ST enterprise products.
§
Benefit: Support for participation in 4
domestic and 2 international exhibitions/trade fairs each financial year.
o Single
Point Registration Scheme (SPRS):
§
Benefit: 100% subsidy for NSIC
registration under SPRS. SC-ST MSEs pay only Rs. 100 plus GST.
o Reimbursement
of Bank Loan Processing Fee:
§
Benefit: 80% or ‚ Rs. 1,00,000, whichever
is less, reimbursed for bank loan processing charges.
o Reimbursement
of Performance Bank Guarantee Charges:
§
Benefit: 80% or ‚ Rs. 1,00,000, whichever
is less, reimbursed for performance bank guarantee charges.
o Reimbursement
of Testing Fees:
§
Benefit: 80% or ‚ Rs. 1,00,000, whichever
is less, for testing services from Government/NABL/BIS-accredited laboratories,
and certification/licensing from BIS.
o Reimbursement
of Export Promotion Council Membership:
§
Benefit: 80% reimbursement (up to ‚Rs.20,000)
of annual membership fees of Export Promotion Councils.
o Reimbursement
of Government E-Commerce Portals Subscription:
§
Benefit: 80% or up to ‚Rs. 25,000,
whichever is less, reimbursed for annual membership fees of Government
e-commerce portals such as GeM, e-Khadi, Tribes India, MSME Mart.
o Short-Term
Training Program Fee Reimbursement (Top 50 NIRF Ranked Institutions):
§
Benefit: 90% or up to ‚Rs. 1,00,000
reimbursement for SC-ST entrepreneurs attending up to two short-term training
programs at top 50 NIRF ranked management institutions.
Applicant should belong to Scheduled Caste (SC) or Scheduled Tribe (ST).
Applicant should have a micro or small scale industry.
The enterprise must be registered with the Udyam portal or any other valid registration platform recognized by the MSME Ministry.
