ASPIRE
aims to establish a network of Livelihood Business Incubators (LBIs), primarily
in rural and underserved areas, to foster innovation and entrepreneurship.
The
objectives include:

Employment Generation: Facilitate the
creation of formal and scalable micro-enterprises in the agro-rural sector.
·
Skill Development: Skill, up-skill, and
re-skill unemployed, self-employed, and wage earners in new technologies
related to the agro-rural sector.
· Support to Industrial Clusters: Provide skilled human capital to local industrial clusters and promote innovations to boost the competitiveness of the MSME sector.
Any individual who wants to start a business, particularly in rural and agro-based industries, and is above 18 years old.

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) with a valid Udyam Registration.
The applicant organisation will select a Mentor Institute and upload the proposal through the selected Mentor Institute as per the prescribed format online at www.aspire.msme.gov.in
The proposals in soft copy may be sent by the applicant organisation to the Mentor Institute and subsequently to the Ministry at js.ari@nic.in
The list of the designated Mentor Institute along with their contact details will be available on the portal www.aspire.msme.gov.in
