Regional Award Scheme for Incentives to Small Entrepreneurs
This
scheme was started from the financial year 1977-78. At present, the name of
this scheme is Vishisht Handicrafts Regional Award. The main objective of this
scheme is to encourage the excellent handicraftsmen of the state to produce
high quality artistic items. For this purpose, the artworks produced by them
are selected on the basis of excellence and awards are given.
Objective
- Efficiency Handicraft Award- Rs. 20,000/- (Per Handicraftsman)
- State Handicraft - Award prize money – Rs. 35,000/-
Eligibility
1
Handicraft artisans of Uttar Pradesh whose age is 25 years or more and hold a Handicraft Identity Card.

Applicant selects respective scheme from beneficiary section and fills all the details.
