Stamp Duty
  • 100% (1st transaction).
  • Land conversion and development charges: 100% exemption.
  • Construction permitted in notified industrial areas.
  • Allotment of Government Land:Allotment based on prevailing District Level Committee (DLC) rate.
  • Land allotted cannot be used for any other purpose for at least 30 years.
  • Government Land Allotment Structure:Budget Hotels (1, 2, 3 Star / Hotels) Minimum Land Area 1200 sqm Maximum Land Area Up to 5000 sqm.
  • Hotels / Wellness Centres / Eco-tourism Stays (4 Star & Premium) Minimum Land Area 6000 sqm Maximum Land Area Up to 15000 sqm.
  • Resorts/Theme Parks Minimum Land Area 18000 sqm Maximum Land Area Up to 50000 sqm.

  • Up to ₹50 crore → 20% subsidy, ceiling ₹7.5 crore.
  • Up to ₹200 crore → 15% subsidy, ceiling ₹20 crore.
  • Up to ₹500 crore → 10% subsidy, ceiling ₹25 crore.
