Stamp Duty
  • 100% exemption on stamp duty for eligible units.
  • 100% exemption for Pharma Park developers.
  • 50% exemption for units inside Pharma Parks (first transaction).
  • Pharma Parks (Land-related incentives) : Interest Subsidy @50% annually on loan taken to buy land, for 7 years, up to ₹1 Cr per annum per park.
  • Minimum land requirement : Horizontal Park: 10 acres.
  • Vertical Park: 3 acres.

Financial Assistance

Capital Subsidy
  • Capital Subsidy : 15% of investment up to ₹200 Cr for eligible units.
  • Provided in 5 annual installments.
Interest Subsidy
  • Eligible Units : MSME: As per GoI definition.
  • Large: > MSME threshold & < ₹100 Cr.
  • Mega: ≥ ₹100 Cr investment.
  • 5% p.a. for 5 years on loan for procuring Plant & Machinery, Max ₹1 Cr per year, Additional 2% p.a. for 7 years for units in Bundelkhand & Purvanchal.
  • 5% p.a. for 5 years on loan for building infrastructure, Max ₹1 Cr per year.
  • 50% p.a. for 5 years on loan for Research quality improvement Max ₹2 Cr per unit.
  • Bulk Drug Park / Medical Device Park units: Interest subsidy for 10 years

  • 50% subsidy for contract/sponsored research conducted in UP-based institutes

  • Capital Subsidy:15% of investment up to ₹200 Cr for eligible units.Provided in 5 annual installments.
  • Pharma Parks–Infrastructure Subsidies : 60% annual interest subsidy for 7 years on loan for infrastructure creation, up to ₹50 Cr.
  • 60% annual interest subsidy for 7 years for common facilities, up to ₹30 Cr.
  • 25% of FCI for common infra/utilities, up to ₹25 Cr (over 5 years).
  • Electricity Duty Exemption : 100% exemption for 10 years
