Land-/Park-based Incentives via Bioplastic Park : The policy envisions a dedicated Bioplastic Park in Kumbhi village, Gola Gokarannath tehsil, Lakhimpur Kheri district, under the aegis of the state industrial authority.
This helps aggregate land, infrastructure and industrial units to create a full value chain- enabling land benefits via a single-park ecosystem.
For Anchor Units (large bioplastic investors, typically those planning ₹ 1,000 crore or more investment): Capital Subsidy: 50% spread over 7 years.
SGST Reimbursement: 100% for 10 years.
Electricity Duty Exemption: 100% for 10 years.
Overall cap on incentives: Total benefits under the policy shall not exceed 200% of eligible capital investment over the defined incentive period.
For “Non-Anchor Units”: Such units are eligible for benefits under the broader Uttar Pradesh Industrial Investment and Employment Promotion Policy 2022 (or whichever incentives apply), including capital subsidies, tax exemptions, infrastructure support, etc.

SGST Reimbursement: 100% for 10 years.
