MSME UDYAM Registration Certificate (URC)

Udyam Registration is a government program that registers and classifies Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in India. It's also known as MSME Registration.

The business can be a retail or wholesale trade

The business can be a sole proprietorship, partnership firm, limited liability partnership, or any other legal entity

The business can be a trading, manufacturing, or service enterprise

The business must be a micro, small, or medium enterprise (MSME)

How to Apply?

Go to the Udyam Registration Portal. Click "For new entrepreneurs who are not registered yet as MSME or those with EM-II"

Enter your Aadhaar number and name, then click "Validate & Generate OTP". Enter the OTP, then click "Validate"

03

Verify your PAN, then fill out the application form. Submit the application, including details on investment, turnover, and more
