Mitra has been envisaged as a simple, user-friendly, entrepreneur-centric web
application that enables existing & prospective investors and entrepreneurs
to get online clearances/NOC from the concerned department with ease and
minimal “running around”. Entrepreneurs setting up small, medium &
large-scale industries have to file application forms mandatorily through this
system. It also provides an online monitoring facility for seeking the status
of applications within the stipulated time limits. This helps in ensuring
systematic and time-bound clearances without actually having to make visits to
different departments.
"Udyog Bandhu" [Friend of Industry] is
an organization of the State Government of Uttar Pradesh in India; dedicated to
facilitate Investment in Industrial and Service Sectors, besides solving
various problems of existing & up-coming industries as well, related to
different Government departments.
It has a three tier structure as follows:
§ District-level Udyog Bandhu, which functions
under the chairmanship of the District Magistrate.
§ Divisional-level Udyog Bandhu, which functions
under the chairmanship of the Divisional Commissioner.
§ State-level Udyog Bandhu meetings are held under
the chairmanship of the Chief Minister.
§ Udyog Bandhu also participates in various
national and international conferences, exhibitions and expositions.
